Please open, unpack, count and check the condition of the goods as soon as you receive them, in the presence of the carrier.

In order to benefit from a refund or replacement of damaged products, it is imperative to formulate precise and clear reserves at the time of the reception of the order.

Delivery by chronopost: 15 to 20 working days.

RETURNS/REFUNDS :

Right of withdrawal: If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund within 7 days. For assistance, please contact our customer service department at hello@mariebastidemarrakech.com.

Home delivery: Our customers are invited to carefully inspect items upon delivery and in the presence of the carrier. For any claim concerning damaged products, it is essential to formulate precise and clear reserves at the time of reception. It is important to note that the signature on receipt of the parcel implies acceptance of the parcel in good condition, making the carrier and sender not responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with current legislation, the absence of reservations at the time of delivery will prevent Marie Bastide Marrakech from responding favorably to any request for compensation or replacement.

Relay point delivery: For all claims, our customers have 3 days after collecting their parcel from the relay point to report any damage inside the parcel. This is essential to validate with the address hello@mariebastidemarrakech.com.

EXPERTISE

Each creation begins with a sketch in our workshop. From this sketch springs the idea that Moroccan artisans bring to life with patience and skill: leather is shaped, fibers are woven, colors are revealed and adapted to the material.

In each workshop, the scent of mint tea wafts gently through the air, light caresses every room, and each gesture reveals the unique dialogue between design, materials, and ancestral craftsmanship.

It is this subtle combination that gives each object its authenticity, beauty, and soul.

GUÉLIZ BOUTIQUE

Located at 32 Rue de la Liberté, in the heart of the lively Guéliz district, our flagship store, which opened in July 2025, continues the story of the brand, which was born in October 2019 in a small 30 m² boutique just a few steps away. In a bright 75 m² space, the windows are regularly updated with our new creations, revealing a whole world of leather goods, including bags and larger items, scarves, as well as all of our designs and photographs. In the basement, on the first Wednesday of every month, Marie hosts a unique tea time to share a convivial moment with the community (registration via Instagram).

MEDINA BOUTIQUE

In the heart of a lively neighborhood in the medina, opposite La Famille restaurant, our small boutique, which opened in October 2024, is a real gem. It does not display all of our collections, but focuses on the posters and postcards that inspired the creation of the brand, as well as our scarves, and lives to the rhythm of this neighborhood of small shops and boutiques, in the intimate bustle of the medina.
