DELIVERY :

Please open, unpack, count and check the condition of the goods as soon as you receive them, in the presence of the carrier.

In order to benefit from a refund or replacement of damaged products, it is imperative to formulate precise and clear reserves at the time of the reception of the order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS :

Right of withdrawal: If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund you within 7 days. For assistance, please contact our customer service department at [email protected].

Home delivery: Our customers are invited to carefully inspect items upon delivery and in the presence of the carrier. For any claim concerning damaged products, it is essential to formulate precise and clear reserves at the time of reception. It is important to note that the signature on receipt of the parcel implies acceptance of the parcel in good condition, making the carrier and sender not responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with current legislation, the absence of reservations at the time of delivery will prevent Marie Bastide Marrakech from responding favorably to any request for compensation or replacement.

Relay point delivery: For all claims, our customers have 3 days after collecting their parcel from the relay point to report any damage inside the parcel. This is essential to validate with the address [email protected].
